Shipping policy

General Information

Shipping is free of charge. SENCILLA does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipping to EU Countries does not include an invoice or any other documentation claiming the goods value.
Shipping to non-EU countries, as required by customs regulations, includes an invoice certifying the goods value.
SENCILLA does not cover taxes and duties costs in their orders, additional fees will therefore be applied at the checkout.

 

Delivery Timeframe

Most of Europe and the USA: 4 - 5 days.
Rest of the World : 4 to 7 days.
